Sev Puri in Sunnyvale
Sev puri is the Mumbai chaat built on flat, crisp puris: each one topped with potato, onion, chutneys and a generous pile of sev (thin crisp chickpea-flour noodles), eaten one puri at a time. It is lighter and crunchier than papdi chaat and usually without yogurt, which makes it the chaat to order when you want sour-sweet-spicy without the creaminess.
